Thank you Bhushan of City of Boroondara for your response ==> "I refer to your e-mail dated 4 August 2012 regarding your concerns with the leaning street light pole along the Gardiners Creek Trail east of Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. Your correspondence has been referred to me for consideration and response. I apologise for the delay in responding.

The ownership and maintenance responsibility of the concerned light pole are not clear. However, I wish to advise that the officers at Council's Parks and Gardens Department are currently investigating the matter with the supplier for necessary measures relating to this solar light and pole.
